Review rounds and approval
Independent review by several models, and approval by the person responsible.
A review round
Start one from the session header with Review (or type /review). Every seat answers the same question blind, without seeing the others' answers; then each sees the others once and may revise; then one seat writes the verdict: approve, request changes or reject, with reasons. The session's lead can choose which seat writes the verdict. The round plays out in the transcript and its verdict is recorded on the session.
A review with only one seat taking part is labelled a single-model check, because nothing independent checked it.
Review rounds count against the workspace's turn and spend limits like any other turn.
Approval by a person
A work item moves open → in review → approved → done. The person responsible for the item sends it to review; its reviewer (or an administrator) approves it or sends it back; the person responsible marks an approved item done. A closed item can be reopened, and it goes round the loop again.
