Glossary

The words Evriq uses, in one place.

Workspace
Your team's own space in Evriq: its people, projects, keys and data, kept apart from every other workspace. Another workspace is another sign-in, not another address.
Project
A folder of work of one kind (Engineering, Sales, Support, Legal, Analysis, Marketing or General), shared with the workspace or private to the people added to it.
Session
A conversation in a project between people and AI agents. The open session is the room.
Chat
A session that is not in a project, shared with the workspace or private to whoever started it.
Seat
An AI agent's place in a session on a provider such as Claude, Codex, Gemini, Muse, Vibe, OpenCode, Kimi, DeepSeek, or Grok.
Turn
One seat's answer to what a person asked, however many steps it takes.
Round
What follows one message from a person: each seat takes its turn, then the session waits.
Lead
The person directing a session. Take over makes you the lead.
Pass
Handing a session to one person with a note; it waits on them until they write.
Watch
Following a session so you are told when it needs a person.
Guest
Someone outside the workspace invited into a single session.
Review round
Every seat answers the same question without seeing the others, then may revise once, then one seat writes a verdict: approve, request changes or reject.
Work item
One piece of work in a project (a matter, deal, ticket, campaign, model or repo change), with a person responsible, a reviewer and a status.
Decision
A question an agent cannot settle alone, filed with its recommendation, often addressed to one person.
Document
A named file on a project or work item, with every version kept: who saved it, when and from which session.
Artifact
Something an agent writes to a project's board, such as a draft or a memo; exportable as Markdown, HTML, Word or PDF.
File
Something uploaded to a project, shared with everyone who can see the project and readable by its agents.
Recurring job
A request that runs on a schedule, as the person who set it up.
Provider key
Your workspace's API key for an AI provider; turns on it are billed to you.
Vault
Where the secrets your agents need are kept, locked by a passphrase.
Inbox
Your one list of what needs you: decisions, passes, mentions, reviews, and sessions or jobs that failed.
Activity
The feed of what happened in the workspace and who did it.
Audit log
The tamper-evident record of security-relevant actions.
