Documents, artifacts and files
Documents with every version kept, what agents write to the board, and a project's files.
Documents
A document is a named thing on a project, or on one of its work items: the NDA as received, your redlines, the signed copy. Every upload, and every copy an agent publishes back, is a new version that records who, when and from which session. Nothing is overwritten, and any version downloads. Before each turn the agents read the latest version of every document, including the text of Word, Excel and PDF files.
Artifacts
An artifact is something an agent writes to the project's board: a draft, a memo, a summary. Export one as Markdown, HTML, Word (.docx) or PDF from its Export… menu.
Files
A project's Files are shared with everyone who can see the project, and its sessions' agents can read them. Upload a draft or a spreadsheet there, attach it to a message, and download what the agents publish back. Settings → Data lists every file you can see.
