Plan and billing

See what your plan includes, how usage is counted, and how billing works today.

Where to look

Open Settings → Plan & billing to see your current plan, seat count, included runtime, and usage for this month. Every member can see the plan. Administrators can see the billing details.

Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and includes up to 5 seats with 50 shared runtime hours across the whole trial. Each person gets up to 20 free model answers each UTC day, so you can get an answer before saving a provider key. If plan limits are on, agents pause when the trial ends or the included runtime is used. Your work stays readable. No card is taken.

Team plan

Team costs $49 for each seat each month. Each seat adds 40 runtime hours to the workspace pool. Runtime above the pool costs $0.20 an hour.

A card is required before paid use. Evriq, Inc. collects card payments and Stripe processes them. Card checkout is not available yet, so paid use stays paused.

Cancel invoiced Team

A workspace administrator opens Settings → Plan and billing and chooses Request cancellation. Evriq, Inc. confirms by email when the cancellation takes effect and what the final invoice covers. The plan and your work stay as they are until then. You can also write to hello@evriq.ai from an administrator's address.

What counts as usage

Runtime is the time an agent turn spends running. It is counted for the person who started the round and for the project where the session lives.

Your workspace uses its own model provider accounts. Those providers bill you directly. Evriq does not add a markup to model charges.

A workspace that runs on subscription accounts is not billed per token by anyone. The usage page shows an estimate for reference.

Seats and questions

A member or an open member invitation takes one seat. A guest does not. If you need a different seat count or have a billing question, write to Getting help.
