Export and deletion

Taking your data with you, and having it deleted.

• A conversation: Export in the session saves it as Markdown.
• A document: download any version from Documents. An artifact: export it as Markdown, HTML, Word or PDF.
• Everything: an administrator uses Export all workspace data under Settings → Data; the archive is kept for the workspace's retention period (30 days unless your agreement says otherwise).
• Your account: Request deletion of my account under Settings → Data asks your administrator to delete it and its data.
• The workspace: an administrator can Request workspace deletion. Deletion requests are carried out within the retention period.
