Workspace administration
Turning a workspace off stops every session in it at once and stops it consuming. It stays off across a reboot and across a release. Nothing falls through to another workspace: a request naming one that is off is refused.
AI subscriptions grants this workspace access to connected platform-managed provider accounts and their shared quota. It does not connect a provider or enable its chat models. Changing access restarts a running workspace; disabled workspaces stay off.
